The photographer was so professional, however I was under the impression that if I got the package with the memory stick that I would be able to access all the pictures that were taken on the day , including the one of my fiance, however not the case ,so now I have no pics of us on my graduation day , a little upsetting as I was told by the two ladies that I could print off any pics of the graduation as long as I got the stick ????keelin o connor Trinity College Dublin
The only thing that wasn't great was having to go online on the day to "book" - would be great if you had the option to pay actually in person rather than relying on the internet, when connection might not be great (you even said at the time that it always freezes at a certain point!) Everything else was fantastic - everyone was efficient and pleasant and very easy to deal with.
