I found the photographer very professional and loved the photographs. The welcome staff on the day were courteous and helpful but the lady that answered the phone when I made.my initial enquiry about booking was quite abrupt and not at all helpful beyond telling me to go online, since that was my first contact with your company and could well have put me off it does need improvementMARY FINNEGAN Trinity College Dublin

We have our own systems of checks and balances to monitor and control quality standards. There are six points in the process from taking photographs, to the final despatch where we have the opportunity to observe and remedy any deviations in the quality of photographs being produced.
